How we work

Every fence on this site has a price range per foot, installed, because the first thing anyone wants to know is roughly what it costs. The estimator turns your length and gates into a range in a minute. We firm that up after a look at the line, at no charge, and you have the firm price in writing before any work starts.

  • We file the SC811 locate before any post hole, as South Carolina law requires.
  • We check the town or county rule, the HOA covenants and, on the lakes, the Duke Energy or Corps of Engineers line before the layout is final.
  • Posts for wood, vinyl and aluminum go into concrete, and the concrete cures before any weight goes on it.
  • The finished side faces out, and gates are hung to swing and latch on their own.
  • We walk the finished line with you before we call it done.

Where we work

Seneca first, then Clemson, Walhalla, Westminster, Salem, West Union, Central, Six Mile, Pendleton and the homes along Lake Keowee and Lake Hartwell. The areas page lists each town with the fence rule that matters there.
